Over the years Swiftune has become synonymous with Goodwood. The giant slaying antics of Nick Swift behind the wheel of a Swiftune Works Mini often hailed as the fans highlight of any given Goodwood meeting. Nick started racing at Goodwood in 2009 but the Swiftune story at Goodwood started some twenty years ago when the likes of Norman Grimshaw, Barrie "Whizzo" Williams, Jason Stanley and Rain Aaltonen wowed spectators with their Swiftune powered Mini's around the iconic circuit.
